License Agreement
End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs your use of the Cuisine Planner mobile application and any updates, features, content, or services made available through the app.

License Grant
Subject to this Agreement and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Cuisine Planner on devices you own or control, solely for your personal meal planning and household use.
Ownership
Cuisine Planner is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the app, service, software, design, trademarks, and other materials, except for the rights expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
Restrictions
You must not:
- Copy, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the app.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or try to derive source code except where applicable law permits it.
- Modify the app or create derivative works from it.
- Remove proprietary notices or interfere with security, sync, account, or usage-limit features.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
Your Content
You retain ownership of recipes, ingredients, meal plans, photos, preferences, prompts, and other content you add to Cuisine Planner. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, sync, display, back up, and otherwise use that content to operate and improve the app and related services.
AI Features
Cuisine Planner may use AI features to help create, import, organize, or schedule recipes and meals. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing AI output, checking ingredients and instructions, and deciding whether to use it.
Food Safety And Allergies
Cuisine Planner is a planning tool. It does not provide medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, storage guidance, freshness, and dietary suitability before preparing or consuming food.
Shared Kitchens
If you join or invite others to a shared kitchen, other members may be able to view, change, or delete shared content. You are responsible for choosing whom you invite and for the content you share.
Third-Party Services
The app may rely on or connect to third-party services, including app stores, authentication, hosting, database, storage, notification, calendar, analytics, monitoring, and AI providers. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
App Stores
If you downloaded Cuisine Planner from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to the applicable store rules. Apple, Google, and their affiliates are not responsible for maintaining or supporting Cuisine Planner. To the extent required by the applicable store rules, Apple and Google may enforce this Agreement as third-party beneficiaries.
Updates And Availability
We may provide updates, fixes, or changes, and the app may not work properly without current software or compatible devices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or services as described in our Terms of Service.
Termination
This license continues until terminated. You may terminate it by deleting the app and stopping use of Cuisine Planner. We may terminate or suspend the license if you violate this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or applicable law. After termination, you must stop using and delete the app.
No Warranty
Cuisine Planner is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuisine Planner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, food costs, calendar errors, missed meals, or other intangible losses.
Consumer Rights
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
Export Compliance
You must comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws when using Cuisine Planner. You must not use or export the app where doing so is prohibited by law.
Other Terms
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of Cuisine Planner. If this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control for the online service and account features, and this Agreement controls for the app license.
