Acceptance
By using Cuisine Planner, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cuisine Planner. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.
Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your Content
You may add kitchens, ingredients, recipes, recipe photos, meal plans, preferences, notes, and other content to Cuisine Planner. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to host, process, display, sync, and otherwise use your content as needed to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the rights needed to use and share it.
Shared Kitchens
Cuisine Planner may let you invite other people to shared kitchens. Content in a shared kitchen may be visible to, edited by, or deleted by other members depending on app functionality. Only invite people you trust to shared kitchens.
AI Features
Cuisine Planner uses AI features to help organize ingredients, recipes, preferences, and meal calendars. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.
Recipes, Allergies, And Food Safety
Cuisine Planner is a planning tool, not medical, nutrition, allergy, or food-safety advice. Always verify ingredients, allergens, cooking temperatures, storage instructions, expiration dates, and dietary suitability before preparing or consuming food.
Calendar Integrations
Optional calendar integrations may create, update, or sync meal planning events based on the permissions you grant. You are responsible for reviewing calendar changes and managing access through the app or your calendar provider.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, systems, or networks without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service.
- Upload malicious code or content that infringes others' rights.
- Misuse AI features, integrations, or automated access.
Third-Party Services
Cuisine Planner may rely on or connect to third-party services, such as authentication, hosting, database, storage, notification, calendar, and AI providers. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuisine Planner and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
